1.  Placing an order

Please place the desired products in the "cart" and proceed to "purchase".
Input your customer and delivery address data.
※Please enter the address entirely in English.
※Only credit cards are accepted for payment.
※There is a set postage fee for each region. Please see here for more details.

2.  Order confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an (automatic) "order received" email.
Please check the contents of the order and the total cost in the email.

※Once you have checked the contents of the order, please only reply if a change/amendment is needed.
※If the email does not arrive at all, it is possible that the order was not confirmed, or the email address was incorrectly typed when making the order. In either case, please inform us at

3.  Shipping & delivery

Products will be dispatched from the store using the international Express Mail Service (EMS) within 5 working days from the order being placed.
※Upon successfully dispatching the products, we will email you with details including the tracking number for the package.

4.  Receiving your order

After clearing custom, your order will be delivered to you.
※Depending on your country/region, it will take TWO to TEN business days after we ship it out.
※Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country/ region upon delivery.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

About Shipment

Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS)

Since May 10th, 2016, we have been charging set postage fees based on region.
Please see below for the classification of postage fees by region.

Delivery within Japan

Japanese consumption tax (8%) shall apply to your purchase delivered within Japan.
The shipment that delivered in Japan is 324 yen (tax included)

In the case where you are using free email addresses including, servers providing such services may set limit of receiving e-mails.

■Registering mobile e-mail address
In the case where you have specified domains to receive emails to your mobile, you cannot receive emails from us (PC email.) Please specify our site to receive emails.
